Guided tour: Slow Chaos

Did you know that chaos means something different to mathematicians than what we commonly understand it to mean?

In our public guided tour of the exhibition Slow Chaos on Wednesday, 15 October at 6 p.m., you will learn what mathematicians understand by chaos and what it has to do with butterflies, billiards and pretzels. Discover the research conducted by the Institute of Mathematics on chaotic systems and be enchanted by the beauty of a mathematical idea. The tour is free of charge and no registration is required.
